Started Iv. anesthesia and continued with gas anesthesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Decompression of the stomach with an orogastric catheter,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Laparotomy was performed with an incision over the median line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The stomach and spleen were repositioned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Organs were examined for necrosis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The stomach was fixed so that the volvulus did not recur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Covered with 2\/0 absorbable Opersion thread.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Postoperative<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cefazolin (20 mg \/ kg) IV. broad spectrum antibiotic combined with Gentamycine (2mg \/ kg). 14 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lansoprazole (1 mg \/ kg PO \/ 24 hour 5 days)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There was no feeding on the first day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Iv liquid application was continued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
First, liquid, then soft, and then on the 15th day solid feeding was started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
GVDS has attracted attention in recent times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
